Exact quantity of water in the restroom

When we flush the toilet, we use a fixed amount of water. But the amount of water that we really need varies greatly depending on the amount of urine (think, for example, about children versus adults, or morning versus afternoon).

The idea is to put a sensor that checks the color of the water and then decides how much water to use. This method will save a significant amount of water.
